In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, Testable LLC commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF.

EU individual can invoke binding arbitration to determine whether Testable LLC has violated its obligations under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles as to that individual and whether any such violation remains fully or partially unremedied ("residual claims").
