1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Testable LLC is committed to ensuring that testable.io is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as referenced in European Standard EN 301 549, and to meet the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) as applicable to our services.

2. About This Service

testable.io is the public-facing marketing and information website for Testable LLC, a software-as-a-service platform that enables development and QA teams to perform functional testing, load testing, API testing, and synthetic monitoring of web applications and APIs.

This accessibility statement covers the following domain:

3. Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial compliance means that some content does not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard, due to known issues currently being addressed as part of our ongoing remediation effort described below.

4. Known Accessibility Issues

We are actively working to address the following known accessibility gaps on testable.io:

Some images and icons may be missing descriptive alternative text.
Some interactive elements may not be fully operable via keyboard navigation alone.
Color contrast ratios on certain UI elements may not meet the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum threshold of 4.5:1 for normal text.
Some form elements may lack programmatically associated labels.
Some video or multimedia content may not have captions or transcripts.

We are working through a structured remediation plan to resolve these issues. Where we are unable to immediately remediate an issue, we are committed to providing accessible alternatives upon request (see Section 7 below).

5. Technical Approach and Standards

Testable LLC uses the following standards and approaches to deliver an accessible experience:

WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target conformance standard.
EN 301 549 (the European ICT accessibility standard) as the applicable harmonized standard under the EAA.
The POUR principles — Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust — as the basis for our accessibility design decisions.
Semantic HTML and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where appropriate.
Regular automated and manual accessibility testing as part of our development process.

6. Compatibility

testable.io is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browser combinations:

Screen readers: NVDA with Firefox, JAWS with Chrome, and VoiceOver with Safari on macOS/iOS.
Keyboard-only navigation in all major modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Browser zoom levels up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

We do not support outdated browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer 11 or below).

9. Disproportionate Burden

Testable LLC does not currently invoke the "disproportionate burden" exemption under Article 14 of Directive (EU) 2019/882 for any of the content covered by this statement.

10. Review and Updates

This accessibility statement was prepared on 3 February 2026 and will be reviewed and updated at least annually, or sooner if significant changes are made to the website. The next scheduled review is due in February 2027.
